About the Recipe
Ingredients
250ml coconut milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (vegan if required)
140g cherries, pits removed
1 tbsp of walnuts
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the blender, except the cacao nibs,
and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a tall glass and top with
cacao nibs and a couple of extra cherries.
