From the big machines and fancy cardio equipment to dumbells, knowing how to utilise them for the maximum result can be confusing, no matter your level. So I take my time to not only tell you how it all works but also build your confidence with using all of it. In addition, I’ll also give you the science behind it, and how it’ll benefit you. I am also aware that not everyone has access to the same equipment, and therefore aim to make the online PT experience something you can tailor to your surroundings as well. Whether you are in a fully-equipped gym or in your living room, I’ll strive to give you the same experience!

I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. I also understand the importance of having a workout you enjoy with a personal trainer who you enjoy spending time with. Another reason why I offer the first hour free is so I can do my best to prove to you, that you can actually love coming to a gym. It is also a very personal and emotional journey, it’s something that is a long way from most people’s comfort zones! I am based at PureGym Maldon. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results, alongside your personal workout plan.
